Michele Alves

Michele Alves is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Senior People & Culture Manager for South America at Kemira Chemicals since November 2014, overseeing various HR functions including staffing, talent acquisition, training and development, and payroll administration. Previously, Michele held roles at Honeywell Process Solutions, where responsibilities included acting as an HR Business Partner and managing payroll and benefits. Experience at Bemis Company, Inc. involved payroll administration and labor relations, while earlier positions at A.P. Moller - Maersk and ADP focused on personnel management and recruitment.
