Kathrin Oehme

Kathrin Oehme is an accomplished Strategy Director with extensive experience in brand and marketing communications consulting. Currently leading strategy at LeadKEMMLER since April 2025, Kathrin previously held the same title at R/GA, where responsibilities included comprehensive account planning and stakeholder management. As a Brand Business Strategist, Kathrin collaborated with notable clients such as Netflix, Bumble, and Porsche while freelancing from August 2019 to April 2025. With a strong foundation in strategic brand planning at Nike, including roles as Strategic Brand Planning Director for Central Europe and Category Sales Director for Running, Kathrin has successfully managed marketing campaigns and business strategies.
