Aaron Capps has extensive experience in the mining and aggregates industry, currently serving as a Miner at Kemp Quarries since July 2024. Previously, Aaron held a Manager position at Capitol Aggregates, Inc. from July 2017 to November 2024, overseeing operations related to asphalt and concrete aggregate. Prior to this, Aaron worked at Permian Basin Materials as Director of Operations and Operations Manager from October 2014 to June 2016, managing aggregate mining processes. Aaron's earlier career includes roles as Plant Manager at Capitol Aggregates from August 2008 to October 2014, Plant Supervisor at Martin Marietta Materials from March 2006 to July 2008, and Production Foreman at Hanson from January 1994 to March 2006.

Kemp Quarries, established in 1967, is a leading producer of construction aggregates, consisting primarily of crushed stone, sand and gravel. These materials are produced mainly from natural deposits of limestone and river sand.
