Björn Kemper

Björn Kemper is an experienced executive and entrepreneur, currently serving as the CEO of ETI Ventures since March 2021, where the foundation of the company is rooted in a powerful story of friendship and ambition originating from Mount Kilimanjaro. Kemper holds long-term positions as Chairman of the Board and CEO at KEMPER GmbH since October 2000, along with experience as a Marketing Manager in the same company. Additionally, Kemper has been involved with Battue as an Investor and Business Development professional since January 2018 and co-founded blaue bohnen GmbH, where responsibilities included business consulting and speaking from July 2019 to November 2022. Kemper's educational background includes a degree in International Management from the International School of Management in Germany and studies at esteemed institutions such as Regent's University London and the International School of Management in San Diego.
