Frederic Lanz

Frederic Lanz currently serves as CEO of KEMPER GmbH since January 2019, while also holding the position of Vice President at the European Welding Association since June 2024. In addition, Frederic Lanz is co-founder and CEO of ETI Ventures, MingleMakers, and Weinkellerei Venino, and serves as co-founder and Executive Chairman at Battue, along with co-owner and business development lead at Kasper Communications. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Global Business Development and Marketing & Sales at Kemppi Oy, managing significant global business operations within the welding industry, and earlier management positions at TBi Industries GmbH. Frederic Lanz holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Fachhochschule Wiesbaden.
