Previously, Simon served as the Head of Research and Development at KEMPER GmbH, showcasing a strong background in leading technical teams and projects. Simon earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computersoftware und Medienanwendungen from SAE Institute Germany, completing the program in August 2009.
