Kemper Freeman has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Kemper started working at Marymoor Dairy Farm as a farm hand in 1950 and stayed there until 1962. In 1966, they became a board member and chairman at First Mutual Bank, a position they held until 2006. In 1972, Kemper entered government as a Washington State Legislator and served until 1976.
