Andy Ramamoorthy

Andy Ramamoorthy currently serves as EVP, Chief Operations and Transformation Officer at Kemper since 2025. Prior to this role, Andy held multiple senior positions at Capital One from 1999 to 2024, including Chief Product Officer and Chief Data Officer for the Commercial Division, where responsibilities encompassed product development, digital channel transformation, and strategic operational management. Notable achievements include leading the transformation of the commercial credit process and managing the integration of significant acquisitions. Andy’s expertise is supported by an MBA in Finance from Penn State University and engineering and biological science degrees from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
