C. Thomas Evans

C. Thomas Evans, Jr. has been with Kemper Corporation since 1992 and currently holds the position of Executive Vice President, Secretary & General Counsel. Prior to joining Kemper, C. Thomas worked as an Associate at Winston & Strawn LLP from 1986 to 1992. Evans earned their J.D. from Notre Dame Law School in 1986 and their B.A. in Government and History from Centre College in 1980.
