Charles Smith

Charles Smith possesses extensive experience in IT infrastructure and architecture, with a career spanning over two decades. Since June 2004, Charles has held various positions at Kemper, including Director of IT Infrastructure Architecture, Enterprise Architect, IT Infrastructure Architect, and Senior Systems Administrator. Prior to this, Charles served as a Senior Web Engineer at College Foundation, Inc. and as a Web Systems Engineer III at BB&T. Charles began a career in technology with the US Air Force, working as a Computer Programmer/Analyst from November 1980 to January 2001. Educationally, Charles holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Troy University, completed between 1995 and 2004.
