Frank Touchstone

Frank Touchstone possesses extensive experience in the insurance and litigation sectors, currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Claims at Kemper since January 2018, having previously held the roles of Director of Claims Litigation and Litigation Manager. Prior to Kemper, Frank Touchstone was a Senior Litigation Specialist at Infinity Insurance from April 2007 to January 2018, where responsibilities included managing the final disposition of litigation cases across multiple jurisdictions. Earlier in the career, Frank Touchstone practiced as an Attorney at Hall, Conerly & Bolvig, P.C., focusing on insurance defense related to liability, coverage, and bad faith cases in Alabama's State and Federal Courts. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The University of Alabama School of Law and a B.A. in Mass Communications from Auburn University.
