Jeff Kauser

Jeff Kauser, CPCU, AIC, is a seasoned claims management professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Subrogation Recovery at Kemper since January 2020, Jeff is responsible for overseeing the Auto Subrogation Recovery operation and leading a team of nine managers to achieve optimal results. Prior to this role, Jeff held various strategic positions at Windhaven Insurance and State Farm, including Claims Manager II and Auto Claims Section Manager, where leadership spanned multiple teams and jurisdictions. Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management from Penn State University.
