Johnny D. is a seasoned information security professional with extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM). Currently serving as the Director, Head of IGA/IAM Information Security at Kemper since February 2023, Johnny leads a team focused on identity lifecycle management and operational efficiency. Prior to that, Johnny held the position of IAM Manager at Indeed.com, where strategic leadership and customer relationship management were key responsibilities. Johnny's prior experience includes managing a team at Allina Health to enhance organizational efficiency through IAM strategies and serving as an IT Security Analyst at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota, where incident management and user access were pivotal roles. Johnny holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management Information Systems and a Graduate Certificate in Database Administration from Metro State University, along with an Associate degree from North Hennepin Community College.
