Luke Woolmer is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in business growth and technology leadership. They served as a Key Account Director at Oracle for public sector initiatives and held significant roles, including CIO and Deputy CIO at the Federal Government’s Department of Human Services, overseeing technology services for millions of customers. As President of Loop1, they managed worldwide process integrations following a major merger, while currently leading their own investment company focused on sustainable energy and Web 3.0 projects. Luke also serves as Director of IT at Kemper and has established a global Enterprise PMO as Vice President at Support Services Group.
