Sergey Savin

Sergey Savin has extensive experience in the finance and insurance industry. Sergey currently works as the Director of Finance at Kemper, where they oversee financial planning and analysis for the company's Property & Casualty insurance business unit. Prior to their current role, Sergey worked as an Insurance Broker and Consultant in a private capacity. Before that, they spent several years at AIG, where they held various senior positions including Senior Director of Global Personal Insurance Finance and Global Personal Lines Finance Lead. In these roles, Sergey was responsible for formulating and implementing business strategies, developing budgets and multi-year plans, and producing management reports. Sergey also played a key role in building AIG Japan's regional finance team and overseeing a merger. Sergey's career in the industry began at AIG as a Country Product Head for Automobile Insurance in Russia, where they successfully grew revenues from 0 to $10 million over six years. Prior to joining AIG, Sergey worked as a Client Relationship Executive at Ingosstrakh.

Sergey Savin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation in 1999. Sergey further pursued their education and completed an MBA in Corporate Finance, M&A, Strategic Management, and Marketing from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business in 2008. Additionally, they obtained a Graduate Degree in Insurance Management and Marketing from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in 1998.
