Tavius Jackson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Tavius started their career at Motorola Solutions in 2003 and held various roles, including Senior Operations Manager and Operations Manager/Black Belt Consultant. In 2010, they joined Zurich North America and served as Assistant Vice President in business process improvement and quality. Tavius then moved to PeopleScout in 2015, where they worked as Vice President for implementation and business process services. Currently, they are Vice President at Kemper, responsible for operations and transformation.
