Yi Chen

Yi Chen is an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in financial management and reporting. Currently serving as the Director of Accounting for Life Accounting at Kemper since August 2022, Yi Chen previously held the role of Senior Accounting Manager. Prior to joining Kemper, Yi Chen worked at Newmark from 2013 to August 2022, advancing from Senior Accountant to Accounting Manager. Earlier career experience includes positions as an Accountant at Grubb & Ellis, previous exposure in public accounting at Janover, LLC, and an accounting role at Stillwater Capital Partners. Yi Chen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Hunter College, attained between 2006 and 2008.
