Jeff Osborn

Jeff Osborn joined the KemperSports family in 2021 as senior director of strategic partnerships and business affairs before being promoted to vice president in August 2022. In this role, he’s responsible for initiating, negotiating, optimizing and managing new and existing partnerships with key KemperSports vendors and assisting the operations and new business development teams in driving incremental revenue through negotiation, analyzing and optimizing contract structures, incentive payments and purchasing partnerships.

In his first 12 months leading the business side of strategic partnerships, Jeff navigated the company through unprecedented supply chain disruptions and negotiated numerous new deals with vendor partners new and old, including Callaway, EZ-GO, Full Swing, Top Tracer and a handful of retail brands. He also played a key role in several other company initiatives, including assisting with KemperSports’ new partnership with 3STEP Sports.

Jeff owns more than 15 years of sports and entertainment experience and came to KemperSports after leading strategy, business development and finance for a division of Levy Restaurants. Jeff graduated from Tulane University and played on the Green Wave golf team.
