Cheryl Perry

Cheryl Perry, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the HR Manager for North America at Kempower since July 2023. With a solid background in human resources, Cheryl has held roles including Human Resources professional at Owens & Minor and Employee Relations Specialist at Edward Jones, where responsibilities included supporting employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. Cheryl previously led a team as Human Resources Director at Gateway Truck & Refrigeration, driving initiatives that enhanced employee benefits and safety. Additional experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Caleres, HR Supervisor at Anova Furnishings, and Human Resources Officer in the USAF, overseeing talent management for 20,000 employees. Cheryl holds a Master of Arts in HR Development from Webster University and a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of Oklahoma, alongside other relevant educational credentials.
