Juha Arminen

Juha Arminen is a Senior R&D Engineer at Kempower, with extensive experience in electrical design engineering and power electronics. Prior to joining Kempower in November 2023, Juha worked at Yaskawa Environmental Energy / The Switch as an Electrical Design Engineer, focusing on inverter cabinet components, testing specifications, and short-circuit strength calculations. At FIMER S.p.A., Juha served as the Senior R&D Power Electronics Engineer for utility-scale solar inverters and previously held positions at ABB, where responsibilities included designing power electronics for various solar inverter projects and drives. With a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Tampere University of Technology and ongoing studies in Computer Science at the University of Helsinki, Juha has a solid educational foundation complemented by early roles in research and technical support.
