Stefano Paolillo

Stefano Paolillo currently serves as Sales Project Manager CPO at Kempower since January 2024. Previously, Stefano worked as Rollout Manager Italy at IONITY from July 2022 to December 2023 and held the position of Technical Manager - TSG Charge at TSG Group from February 2021 to June 2022. Earlier experience includes a role as a Graduate Research Fellow at Politecnico di Milano, focusing on self-healing thermosets for fiber-reinforced composites and multifunctional polymer formulations. Additionally, Stefano provided tutoring in STEM disciplines for high school and university students at Il-Cubo corsi e lezioni from November 2013 to December 2018, and worked as a Quality Control Engineer at Electrolux in 2015. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Materials Engineering and Nanotechnology from Politecnico di Milano and AGH University of Krakow, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
