Jacek Zelazny

Jacek Zelazny has extensive work experience in supply chain and logistics management. Jacek currently serves as the Global Planning & Logistics Director at Kemppi Oy, where they lead an international team and manages the Order-To-Cash process and logistics operations for over 60 countries. Jacek also contributes to SCM and business strategy with a data-driven approach. Prior to this, they worked as the Supply Chain Director at Atlas sp. z o. o.

Before joining Kemppi Oy and Atlas sp. z o. o., Jacek held the position of EMEA Supply Chain Manager at Saint-Gobain Abrasives, where they coordinated supply chain activities for production transfers and off-loads between plants. Jacek was responsible for customer service, inventory levels, and budget preparation. Jacek also worked closely with various departments and production plants to improve supply chain practices.

Earlier in their career, Jacek worked as a Streamline Project Manager for Gypsum & Insulation Activity at Saint-Gobain, where they implemented the Sales & Operating Planning process globally. Jacek also served as the Logistics Manager/Streamline Project Coordinator at Rigips Polska and held logistics specialist roles at the same company.

Jacek's experience also includes working as a Project Manager in the Logistics and Purchasing Department at Kleen-Tex UK. In this role, they were responsible for logistics service preparation for a new customer, including optimizing transport costs and negotiating with suppliers.

At the beginning of their career, Jacek worked as a Forwarder at GLS, where they supervised and organized courier and warehouse operations and implemented a new ERP system.

Throughout their career, Jacek has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to improve processes and implement best practices in supply chain and logistics management.

Jacek Zelazny obtained a Bachelor's degree in Company Management from Kielce University of Technology, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. Jacek then pursued a Master's degree in Accounting at Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie from 2004 to 2006. Later, from 2008 to 2009, Jacek completed postgraduate studies in Logistics in Management at Kozminski University.

In terms of additional certifications, Jacek obtained the CLTD certification from APICS in June 2022. Jacek also holds a certification in FCE from Cambridge University Press & Assessment. Additionally, Jacek has a certification as a World Class Manufacturing Instructor from Saint-Gobain.
