Tero Männistö

R D Engineer at Kemppi

Tero Männistö has worked at Kemppi Oy as an R&D engineer since September 2000. In this role, they were responsible for designing electronics, embedded systems, and power electronics for welding power supply's and welding wire feeders. Tero has specialized skills in feedback control systems, EMC, power converter circuit design, and routing multi-layer PCB layouts. Tero is also proficient in C++ and assembler programming using microcontrollers such as ST6, ST7, Renesas, NXP, and STM32. In 2009, Tero Männistö joined Endeleo Oy as a Senior electrical designer. During this time, they focused on power electronics design for small, high-efficiency DC-DC power supplies and DC-AC PFC 1-phase power supplies. Tero also utilized PCB design with PADS. Tero Männistö worked at Endeleo Oy until March 2011.

Tero Männistö began their education at Euran Lukio, where they completed their Finnish Matriculation Exam between 1992 and 1994. Tero then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Power Electronics at the Tampere University of Technology from 1994 to 2000.
