Katya Drusakov

Katya Drusakov has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Most recently, in 2023, they worked as a QA and Data Analyst at Kemtai. Earlier in the same year, they served as a Lead Instructor at CoreVibe.

From 2021 to present, Katya worked as a Self Defense Instructor at El HaLev | אל הלב, where they provided education, instruction, and training to deal with violence and dangerous situations, focusing on the empowerment of women, teens, children, and people with special needs.

From 2019 to 2022, they were the Project Manager, Producer, and Owner of Female Defense – an organization that offered self-defense courses online and offline. In this role, Katya developed project goals and budgets, created content plans, and managed project requirements such as video production and web development.

From 2017 to 2019, Katya worked as a Social Media Marketing Manager at Orlikov.ru. Katya developed and implemented marketing strategies for social media, scheduled and controlled content plans, and monitored performance assessment.

In 2016, they served as a Digital Marketing Manager at Iland TV, where they planned and launched marketing activities, proposed ways to improve audience saturation, and planned production tasks involving multiple departments. As a result, they doubled the number of online views in real-time.

Katya's earlier experience includes working as the Chief Executive Officer of Maniaco Creative Advertising Agency from 2013 to 2015. In this role, they oversaw the production of various ad projects and developed documentation. Additionally, they served as a Web Development Project Manager at the same company from 2009 to 2015, managing web projects and optimizing internal business processes.

Before that, from 2007 to 2009, Katya worked as a Project Manager at Digital Zone, where they managed web projects and provided administrative, technical, and content support for websites.

Katya Drusakov began their education in 2005 at Moscow State Pedagogical University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication. Katya completed their studies in 2009. In 2012, they enrolled in the Moscow International Higher Business School MIRBIS (Institute) and studied Business Administration with a focus on Strategic and Organization Management. Katya successfully finished the course in 2014. In 2019, they joined The Open University of Israel to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science, which they are currently working towards. In 2022, Katya expanded their skills by enrolling in the Zero To Mastery Academy, where they completed a course in Full Stack Development.
