Brock Barney

Brock Barney, MHR, serves as the Director of HR Technology at Ken Garff Automotive Group since May 2017, where responsibilities include managing partnerships and optimizing operations using the Workday information system, as well as championing people analytics. Previous roles at Ken Garff include Workday HCM Manager and Specialist, focusing on system updates, process maintenance, and training employees. Prior experience includes a position as Implementation Manager at inContact, providing consultative support in the contact center industry, and roles in customer service and training at TaxWorks. Brock holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Utah State University, a Bachelor’s Degree from Southern Utah University, and an Associates Degree from LDS Business College.
