Filemon Salas

Filemon Salas has a strong background in engineering, particularly in the lighting industry. Filemon started their career at Kenall Lighting in 2003 as a Design Engineer I and worked their way up to Product Engineer and then Manufacturing Engineer. During this time, they gained expertise in product design and manufacturing processes. In 2009, they transitioned to the role of Value Analysis Engineer, where they focused on analyzing and improving the value of the company's products. Filemon held this position until 2012. In 2013, Filemon returned to Kenall Lighting as a Proof of Concept Engineer and later took on the additional responsibility of CAD Administrator. Filemon continues to contribute their technical expertise and play a crucial role in developing and implementing new concepts and ideas within the company.
