Steve Steinke has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Steve is currently serving as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Kenall Lighting since April 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Kenall Manufacturing starting from March 2018.
Before joining Kenall, Steve worked at Laserage Technology Corp for a significant part of their career. Steve started as a Product Engineer in June 2001 and later served as the Precision Cutting & Welding (PCW) Business Unit Manager from August 2006 to November 2013. Steve's career kicked off with MC Machinery Systems (Mitsubishi Laser division), where they served as a Service Engineer from March 1993 to March 1995. In this role, they were responsible for repair, troubleshooting, and board-level repairs of CO2 Laser machines. Steve also provided field service and application training.

From 1990 to 1993, Steve Steinke attended Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering.
