External Talent Manager at Kenbi

Gizem Baydag has worked in Human Resources for the past three years. In 2021, they began working as a HR Consultant and Working Student for DONE!Berlin, an international boutique consultancy based in Germany. In the same year, they also began working as an External Talent Manager for kenbi. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Intern for the ComeOn Group from 2018 to 2021. During their time there, they were responsible for initial screening of CV's, conducting interviews and reference calls, follow ups on applications and making job offers, preparing contracts and certificates, admin of employee files, translation of job descriptions from English to German, talent sourcing, onboarding, and assisting office management.
