Steffen Buch

Steffen Buch has extensive experience in the field of human resources and organizational management. Steffen is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at kenbi, a position they started in January 2023. Prior to this, from June 2021 to November 2022, they held the role of VP People & Culture at Beamery.

From October 2017 to May 2021, Steffen Buch worked as the Senior Vice President People & Organization at Viessmann. Before that, they were the Head of People Experience at Zalando SE, where they had various responsibilities including setting up a centralized HR shared service center and being a business partner to HR leaders.

Steffen Buch's earlier experience includes working as a Risk Assurance Solutions professional at PwC from July 2011 to April 2014, and as an HR Director at ConVest GmbH from July 2010 to June 2011.

Steffen also has a background in the military, having served in various HR roles at Bundeswehr, including HR Manager, HR Project Manager, Company Commander, and Platoon Leader.

Steffen Buch attended Bundeswehr University Munich from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Diplom Kaufmann degree in Personal- und Organisation.
