Carlos Bragança

Carlos Bragança has worked in various roles in the finance and HR industries. In 2020, they began working as Head of Finance and Finance Manager at Kencko. From 2013 to 2020, they worked as Global Financial Director and Chief Financial Officer at Siemens Postal, Parcel & Airport Logistics. From 2004 to 2013, they worked as Business Unit Financial Manager, Compliance Officer, and Commercial Project Manager at Siemens. In 2003, they worked as a Finance Trainee at Fidelidade. In 2002, they worked as an HR Trainee at Empresa de Cimentos Liz S.A.

Carlos Bragança began their educational career in 1998 when they attended ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, graduating in 2003 with a degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2018, they attended Universidade Católica Portuguesa to complete an Executive Program in Digital Transformation. In 2019, they began a Post Graduation in People & Talent Management at Nova School of Business and Economics, which they are still currently enrolled in. Additionally, Carlos has obtained three certifications from LinkedIn: Power BI Essential Training (2019) in March 2020, Learn Emotional Intelligence, the Key Determiner of Success in July 2019, and Agile Foundations in April 2019.
