Filipa Domingos

Filipa Domingos has been working in the Human Resources and Recruitment field since 2020. In 2020, they were a Customer Service Representative at Decathlon. In 2021, they were an HR Trainee and specialized in Recruitment at Kelly - Portugal and an IT Recruiter at LCG. Most recently, they have been a People Associate at kencko since 2022. During their time at Kelly - Portugal, they were involved in profile briefings with clients, managed job advertisement, CV screening, sourcing through LinkedIn and Kelly's database, conducted individual interviews, elaborated interview reports and shortlists, built pipelines, and followed up with candidates after the recruitment process. Filipa also had the opportunity to work as an RPO for kencko for 5 months, being involved in recruitment processes for the US.

Filipa Domingos is currently completing their Bachelor's degree in Gestão de Recursos Humanos at the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal. Filipa has also obtained a Certificate in Advanced English (C2) from Cambridge Assessment English in July 2021, Level I and II Excel Training from Deloitte in April 2021, and a Digital Marketing Workshop from Google in October 2020.
