Allen Polk has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Allen began their career at Lanier Construction Systems, Inc. in 1990, where they quickly rose through the ranks and eventually became Vice President. At Lanier, they led a team of 120 members and implemented strategies that resulted in a 25% increase in annual sales.

Following their time at Lanier, Allen worked as the General Manager at Blacksmith Furniture, where they generated multimillion-dollar revenue and secured partnerships with domestic and international manufacturers.

In 1999, they founded Hidden Treasures, a company specializing in selling imported home and office furnishings. As the Director of Business Development, Allen built and directed business and marketing plans and developed lucrative supplier relationships.

Joining Atlanta Life Truck in 2003 as a Sales Executive, Allen successfully rejuvenated business growth and reclaimed lost accounts. Allen was recognized as the top sales producer for 18 consecutive months.

In 2005, Allen joined Thompson Tractor Company as a Major Account Manager. Allen surpassed revenue targets year after year and outperformed colleagues by 5-fold in both revenue and profit.

Since 2011, Allen has been with Kenco Group, initially as a National Account Manager and later as Director of Business Development. Allen has been instrumental in driving revenue growth, new market opportunities, and long-term customer relationships. Currently, they are spearheading a major control-tower project to integrate a custom white-label solution with telematics capabilities.

Throughout their career, Allen has demonstrated expertise in sales, business development, and supply chain solutions, contributing to the success and growth of each company they have worked for.

Allen Polk attended Mercer University, where they received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management. Allen then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same university.
