Brad Young

Brad Young is an experienced transportation and supply chain leader, currently serving as Vice President of Transportation Management at Kenco Group since July 2025. Prior to this role, Brad was EVP of Client Solutions at NexStratus, where efforts focused on transforming supply chain operations through innovative, AI-driven solutions. At Third Axiom Solutions, as Principal of Revenue Operations, responsibilities included market research and the go-to-market launch of a decision intelligence platform. During a tenure at MODE Transportation, Brad successfully contributed to significant revenue growth, advancing from Senior Vice President of Innovation and Customer Solutions to Vice President of Customer Solutions and Services. Brad’s career began at Exel, where multiple operations and leadership roles were held. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Management from Texas State University.
