Donnetta Mays

Donnetta Mays, MBA, is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management, currently serving as HR Operations Manager at Kenco Group since December 2020, after holding various HR leadership roles including Network HR Manager and Human Resources Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at SPI Researchers, where oversight of HR and labor relations for both onsite and remote employees was achieved. Donnetta's career also includes significant roles at Staff Management | SMX, culminating in the position of Managing Director, where management of HR operations for over 1000 employees across multiple locations was executed. Donnetta holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of St. Francis and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
