Trace Spier has extensive work experience in various roles within the Kenco Group, Southern Champion Tray, and Shaw Industries. Trace has held positions such as VP of Operations, Director of Administration & Business Development, Group Vice President of FMCG Vertical Operations, and Vice President of Operations. Throughout their career, they have successfully turned around underperforming accounts, reorganized CPG clients, and implemented process improvement initiatives. Trace has also demonstrated strong leadership skills and has been recognized for their achievements in safety performance.

Trace Spier has a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology. In 2012, they obtained the Certified Supply Chain Professional certification from APICS The Association for Operations Management.
