Emeral Brown is an experienced facilities management professional with a strong background in strategic operations and project oversight. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Facilities at Kendal~Crosslands Communities since June 2025, Emeral leads initiatives focused on resource planning and long-term asset growth. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Business Operations at Eurasia Group from September 2021 to July 2025, where responsibilities encompassed facility management, budget oversight, and team leadership while promoting collaboration and sustainability. Emeral also contributed significantly to The National September 11 Memorial & Museum, first as Facilities Project Manager from April 2014 to April 2016 and then as Director of Facilities Management from July 2016 to September 2021. Emeral holds a Master's Degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology, both from The City College of New York.

Kendal~Crosslands operates Kendal at Longwood, Crosslands, Coniston, and Cartmel, all communities in Kennett Square, PA.
