Michele Berardi has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership and human resources roles. Michele is currently the Senior Director of Communications and Public Relations at Kendal~Crosslands Communities, where they are responsible for developing and implementing strategic community relations plans and communication strategies. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Makemie Ridge, where they were responsible for community outreach, business development, and designing marketing collateral. Michele also worked as a Retirement Counselor at Freedom Village at Brandywine, where they provided counseling assistance and implemented marketing programs. Before entering the senior living industry, they worked at SCT/Agilysis and Weston Solutions, Inc. in various human resources positions, where they led teams and facilitated organizational transitions.

We are a not-for-profit charitable organization, to provide services and communities for older people in accordance with the principles of the Religious Society of Friends. Kendal~Crosslands operates Kendal at Longwood, Crosslands, Coniston, and Cartmel, all communities in Kennett Square, PA.
