Michelle Roche

Michelle Roche has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michelle currently works as the Director of Environmental Services at Kendal~Crosslands Communities since March 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Accounting Assistant and later became the Director of Administration at Bergen Community College from September 2012 to May 2020. Michelle also served as the Assistant General Services Director at Erickson Living from May 2020 to March 2022. Before that, they worked as an Account Manager at Advantage Sales & Marketing and as a Real Estate Agent at Weichert, Realtors. Their earliest role was as an Assistant Branch Manager at Bank of America from 2008 to 2011.
