Lesley Fishman

Lesley has over 20 years of experience in investor relations and finance in the healthcare industry, developing effective communications strategies and managing investment community interactions. Previously Senior Director, Investor Relations for Johnson & Johnson, she was a spokesperson to the investment community, primarily focused on the pharmaceutical business. Lesley had comprehensive responsibility for structuring and implementing communication strategy on significant events for both commercial and clinical stage compounds including clinical development milestones and regulatory updates, product approvals, licensing and business development activities, partner communications, manufacturing, litigation, and issues management.

Lesley also has deep experience in providing counsel to and preparing senior management for financial community interactions including investor conference calls, analyst and industry conferences and medical meetings. She has led numerous investor days to showcase the strength and sustainability of the pharmaceutical business, pipeline and R&D organization.

Lesley has a master’s degree in finance and international business and started her career in corporate treasury.
