Alisha Ray

Alisha Ray is an experienced operations and project management professional, currently serving as the Director of Distribution Operations at Kendra Scott since September 2018. In this role, Alisha manages daily operations across 116 retail locations and has led numerous successful projects, including the Buy Online, Pickup in Store program for 108 stores. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Ann Taylor, where Alisha achieved significant improvements in sales conversion, and at Jefferson Chamber of Commerce, where Alisha enhanced member engagement and retention. Alisha has also held roles at The Lasik Vision Institute™, Madewell, and Fossil Group, Inc., demonstrating a strong track record of enhancing operational efficiency and maximizing sales while effectively training and developing teams. Alisha holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences from Illinois State University.
