Blair Pepin

Blair Pepin has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. They started their career as an Account Coordinator at McCann Erickson in 2012. They then moved on to lululemon athletica, where they worked as a Key Leader for four years. In 2016, Blair joined Kendra Scott as the Community Outreach and Event Manager, where they were responsible for executing customer service and branding through partnerships and events, cultivating relationships with various local groups, and reviewing market trends to drive business. They later held positions as the Manager of Retail Training, Business Consultant - Technology, Sr. Project Manager, and Senior Manager of Retail Operations. Currently, Blair is working at Kendra Scott as the Director of Retail Operations.

Blair Pepin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Northwood University between 2008 and 2011.
