Courtney Eladasari

Courtney Eladasari is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the retail sector. Currently serving as the Senior Regional Marketing Manager for the West Region at Kendra Scott since February 2018, Courtney has also held roles such as Regional Marketing and Philanthropic Manager, Flagship General Manager, and Retail Area Manager. Prior experience includes positions at J.Crew as Store Director and Human Resources and Training Manager, where responsibilities included leading training initiatives and managing recruitment processes for a $12 million business. Earlier in the career, Courtney served as District Manager and Store Manager at Abercrombie & Fitch, overseeing significant financial district operations and training a large staff. An alumnus of the University of Iowa, Courtney holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management.
