Laura J. Bozoian

Laura J. Bozoian has extensive work experience in the fashion industry. Laura J. started their career at Liz Claiborne Inc. as a Design Director for Accessories in the Special Markets division from 2003 to 2005. Laura J. then joined Tapestry in 2005, where they held various roles including Vice President of Product Development and Divisional Vice President of Product Development until 2011. During their time at Tapestry, they played a key role in diversifying and growing production sourcing from China to Vietnam. Laura J. also served as the Vice President and Country Manager for Vietnam, where they launched eight factories and achieved significant growth in production volume while maintaining high on-time delivery performance. From 2011 to 2014, Laura worked as the Vice President and Country Manager for Vietnam at Tapestry. In 2016, they joined David Yurman as the Vice President of Southeast Asia Operations, where they achieved high-quality development and improved on-time delivery performance. Laura J. then moved to Kendra Scott in 2017, where they held multiple roles including VP of Sourcing, Development, Production & Quality and SVP of Global Supply Chain Operations and Product Operations and Sourcing. At Kendra Scott, they successfully managed a team of over 150 employees, led distribution center operations, and established new business relationships. Throughout their career, Laura J. Bozoian has demonstrated strong leadership skills, crisis management abilities, and a track record of achieving impressive results in supply chain operations and product development.

Laura J. Bozoian has a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Design and Merchandising from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Laura J. also received training in International Institute of Footwear & Leather Goods Model Design from the ARS ARPEL SCHOOL in Milan, Italy. Additionally, Laura is currently in training to become a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt through Vector International and has already obtained a Certified Six Sigma White Belt from the same institution.
