Nic Martinez

Nic Martinez serves as the District Manager for Kendra Scott since August 2025. Previously, Nic held the position of District Manager for Reformation from August 2022 to August 2025, where significant net sales improvements were achieved and 13 individuals were promoted through targeted coaching. Prior roles include Regional Manager for Outdoor Voices, overseeing all retail locations on the West Coast, and Flagship Store Director for Everlane, managing a flagship location with $12 million in annual revenue. Additionally, Nic served as District Manager for Philz Coffee, managing over $27 million in revenue, and Regional Manager for LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics, where Nic oversaw 19 stores and achieved high sales performance. Nic's earlier experience includes store management positions at Bath & Body Works and Charlotte Russe. Nic holds a B.A. in History and an Associate's degree in Media Relations from the University of Colorado Boulder.
