JOSE MANUEL VALERO QUINTO

Jose Manuel Valero Quinto has been in the professional workforce since 1996. Theirfirst role was as a Programmer Analyst and Consultant for CLIPAMAR INFORMATICA S.A. (REPSOL HYDROCARBON), where they designed, analyzed and implemented software-based Clipper, dBase, Visual Basic, Delphi, C, C++ and Visual C++. In 2000, they took on a role as a Radio Engineer for Airtel - Spain, where they were responsible for development and implementation of network nominal plans as well as network optimization and monitoring quality indicators. In 2004, they joined Vodafone as a Specialist Design and Engineering RADIO, where they were an RF Engineer, expert in implementation and optimization of voice and data Mobile Network, GSM, GPRS, 3G, 3G+, U900. From 2013-2014, they were a Project Manager and Senior Expert RF Engineer for INGENIA TELECOM and ASTELLIA TELECOM SPAIN, respectively. In 2018, they joined EXFO as a Regional Leader of AFRICA (Professional Services-Service Assurance & Analytics), where their main activities involved planning and monitoring of projects in the region, project staffing and contractor recruitment. JOSE MANUEL is currently employed as a Team Leader PM - Service Delivery at Kenmei Technologies.

Jose Manuel Valero Quinto's education history includes obtaining a MSEE Telecommunications from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in 1999-2000, a BSEE Telecommunications from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in 1990-1996, a Postgraduate Course of Mobile Communication 3rd Generation from the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) in 2002, a Teaching Certificate (CAP) from the Universitat d'Alacant in 2007-2008, and various courses in Telecommunications Engineering from different institutions between 2001-2010. Additionally, Jose Manuel Valero Quinto holds a Certificat Oficial Administratiu de Coneixements de Valencià (Grau MITJÀ) from the Generalitat Valenciana - Education department obtained in April 2002, as well as a First Certificate in English from the University of Cambridge obtained in June 2001.
