Jon Ethington

Jon Ethington is an experienced corporate leader currently serving as Corporate Vice President and General Manager at Kenmore and Brands since January 2024, focusing on impactful growth for the company's future. As Principal Consultant and Co-Owner at Chiltonfield Group since August 2022, Jon specializes in advising growth businesses on various engagements. Previously, Jon held multiple key roles at SharkNinja from October 2016 to August 2022, including VP and General Manager of the Robotics Division, where strategic guidance led to a significant revenue increase for the Ninja brand. Prior experience includes leadership roles at VXi Corporation and Panasonic USA, where Jon was instrumental in product development, business strategy, and partnership management. Jon holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Tufts University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
