Andy Pearce

Andy Pearce has an extensive career in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, particularly within the cutting tools industry. Currently serving as Advanced Materials Product Manager for EMEA at Kennametal since January 2012, Andy manages products including PcBN, PCD, and ceramic cutting tools. Prior roles at Kennametal include Regional Product Manager for turning and Turning Product Specialist. Andy's career began at Rover Group, where positions included Project Engineering Manager and various roles spanning from cell management to machine operation. Andy holds two Higher National Diplomas in Technical Engineering from Walsall Technical College and has foundational experience as a Toolroom Apprentice and Toolsetter in crankshaft operations.
