Binky Sargent has extensive work experience in materials engineering and metallurgy spanning over three decades. Binky began their career at Alcoa as a Metallurgical Engineer from June 1990 to August 1992. Following that, Binky joined SinterMet, LLC as a Manager of Metallurgy from August 1995 to February 1997. Binky then joined Kennametal as a Sr. Process Engineer in March 1997 and worked their way up to various positions including Staff Engineer, Manager, Sr. Manager, Director, and currently serves as the Vice President - Advanced Materials and Manufacturing Engineering since February 2023.
