Gil Ruth

Gil Ruth possesses extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Sr. Manager of HR Field Services at Kennametal since August 2007, overseeing HR leadership for manufacturing operations in North America. Prior roles include Regional Human Resources Manager for the Southern Region at Kennametal, as well as Human Resources Manager positions at TRW in Rogersville, TN, and Atkins, VA, from January 1992 to August 2007, and at IRC, Inc. from 1988 to 1990. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, English, and Computer Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Master of Business Administration from Appalachian State University.
