Ian Hatfield

Ian Hatfield is an accomplished Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Kennametal, where responsibilities include leading process improvement initiatives for PcBN-tipped insert scrap reduction and orchestrating product transfers among plants to address strategic needs. With a track record of enhancing operational efficiency, Ian has also implemented preventative maintenance programs and transitioned software systems at Kennametal.
